Out-of-town guests will appreciate all the room the estate offers to relax: a drink at the full-size bar in the lounge, views of the garden, or on winter nights, the northern lights overhead.

Six hours, the full house, and no hidden venue fee. Every wedding includes the chef’s kitchen and the licensed bar, private dressing rooms upstairs and in the library, and all the tables and chairs you’ll need.

Off-peak is aurora season. Fairbanks sits directly under the auroral oval, and from late September through March the lights show up often enough that couples plan the toast around the forecast. Guests step out onto three dark private acres, and the photographer keeps shooting.
